Are you attending Ladies Day at the races this summer? Or perhaps a Garden party? Maybe a black tie charity event or wedding? Thought about what you’re wearing and no idea how to accessorise it? Tired of walking round the shops trying to find that perfect hat or fascinator to go with your dress? Fancy making your own hatinator or fascinator for the occasion? Yes? Read on!!
Our scheduled classes are ideal for those who would like to make their own hatinator or fascinator for a special occasion. Our classes are designed for anyone to join in so don’t worry if you have no sewing or creative skills – you’ll be amazed at what you can make! We will bring along a huge range of materials for you to choose from in all different colours, shapes and sizes to ensure that there is something for everyone there. If you know what you are wearing in advance and have particular colours that you are interested in – let us know in advance so that we can ensure that we have the colours that you want to include.
We will bring along a range of example styles and teach you how to make a beautiful hat or fascinator. Not only will you have a hatinator or fascinator that you have handmade yourself, but also you can be sure that you will not arrive at the event to find ten other people wearing the same thing- the danger of high street bought products!
During your class you will also be served delicious “mini” Afternoon Tea (afternoon classes) or a delicious light buffet (for our evening classes) to enjoy whilst you create. This isn’t just any old craft class – this is ladies’ crafting heaven! (You can also choose to upgrade to include a glass of fizz…)
Bring some friends and make a girls afternoon or evening of it – you’ll all have a great evening, a good laugh, meet some new friends, enjoy some delicious food and drinks, AND go home with your beautiful hatinator or fascinator to be proud of!
The class will cost £54.95pp which will include all tuition, all materials, a delicious spread of food and drink, and a gift bag to take your creation home with you.
